I took my car to the nearest mechanic after it stalled, only to discover there was no oil in it. This was surprising since I had all my oil changes done at the Brown-Daub dealership. The mechanic informed me they hadn’t been changing my oil properly. Additionally, my cooling fan would activate shortly after I turned off the car, draining the battery. I just called and they tell me that they do not service the alfa romeo but is it an Alfa dealer? Who can explains this to me?
I drove all the way from NJ to pick up the ONLY Alfa Romeo model that I really liked on line. When I reached out via email, I immediately felt that Rich was going to take care of me. He was open and honest from the start. I drove there two days later, and was helped by his colleague Victoria, as Rich was delayed in a meeting off-site. She too was absolutely fabulous!!
