Danny, whom I met when we first moved to Nashville, I consider a friend. However, in this instance, it was business. And boy did he come through with an amazing offer. I asked him to come over to give us an idea where we might be able to sell. He had clients he thought would like to view our house the next day, which was not in show condition.
