I started dealing with Alex about a month ago, and this is the best Jewelry Store experience I’ve ever had. He is super welcoming and extremely knowledgeable on both timepieces and jewelry. My wife recently took several pieces to Brown & Co for appraisal. The process was seamless. An appointment was set and all pieces were able to be appraised promptly and thoroughly. The turnaround time to receive the actual electronic appraisals was faster than quoted. We are delighted with the service at Brown & Co as especially with the services of Nisha, the onsite appraiser.
