Excellent customer service! Dr. Brown is truly the best. He took the time to explain everything in full detail and made sure I understood every step. He has a beautiful spirit and an amazing heart—he genuinely cares about his patients.
I visited Dr. Brown under recommendation through a chain of connection. I'm a 21 year old female that has been dealing with lower back pain for a couple years now which has worsened in the last few months. I decided to finally see an orthopedic. Making an appointment was not difficult. Patients first visit includes an x-ray at their clinic but I had an x-ray done before making an appointment with Dr. Brown. On the first urgent appointment the office took care of me . But then after the doctor referred me to MRI I was not able to schedule MRI so far the whole week due to the office never sent pre authorization to my insurance to be able to do the MRI. My messages are not answered and I am stock with pain in my back for unknown time. Try bad follow up or should I say no follow up. Very frustrating situation!
