Dr. Brown is thorough and gentle but effective with his adjustments. He diagnosed the poor support in my feet and ordered orthotic insoles for my shoes. I wouldn't want to be without them now. They provide the support and comfort that allow me to stand and walk without discomfort. After extensive use they are still in great condition.
