I had set an appointment online and when I arrived the service gentle man not Bryan the other older gentle man was rude saying do you have an appointment it's not on our system. Then he says have you been here before and I told him yes I bought all my cars from brown Chevrolet and you have serviced me before, he was rude no people skills.
We are loving our new vehicles we got at Brown Chevrolet and all the sales reps. are knowledgeable, kind and always make sure you are satisfied. Thank you Brown's for the hospitality.
