I have tried all afternoon to get in touch with someone to explain why they kept so much of my deposit and can not get anyone to return my calls. Partridge Meadows manager was too rude to deal with again so I figured I would try main office. This is not working either. Next step BBB. Stay Away from this place. Gave me one list of charges and went by another for move out. Charged to remove Dish and it is still on the deck.
unprofessional staff at lyndon crossings. the office manager diane is rude as hell. the staff dress as if they are going to a picnic. will nickel and dime you. DONT DO IT!!!
DO NOT even consider any apartment complex managed by this company in Louisville, KY. Their property managers, district managers and all the staff are extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and low people with no class. Make your research before you pick a place to live. Horrible horrible management in the apartment rental offices.

Looking at reviews, it looks like any apartment complex managed by Brown Capital is horrible so anyone moving to Louisville, KY don't live at Phoenix Place or any other apartments managed by Brown Capital LTD. Look at other reviews on other websites & you will see these are horrible places to live. You can't trust the management, maintenance team or anyone at these apartments. PLEASE DO NOT RENT AT PARTRIDGE MEADOWS UNLESS THEY CHANGE THE PEOPLE AT THE OFFICE TO SOME FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING RENTAL AGENTS SPECIALY IF A CERTAIN VALERIE STILL WORKS THERE . THEY WILL NOT COME TO THE FRONT AND CHECK WHO ENTERED THE OFFICE THEY WILL WAIT FOR YOU TO COME ALL THE WAY TO THEIR DESK AND WILL NOT GREET YOU AT ALL.
