Very beautiful place with amazing views! Met some very kind people here
Good loft conversion of department store warehouse. Great for open living. Apartments on East side has great view of Des Moines River and Iowa State Capital Building. South side apartments look out on baseball stadium and Raccoon River. North side apartments look out on Downtown. West side apartments do not have great view.. parking is limited, especially for guests. Downtown farmers market just a few blocks away during summer.
