I was a college student in the late 80's. My father had good insurance, he worked at EDS, and I went to Dr. Brown to a 2nd very small lump removed from my breast along with reconstructing it with a small implant. Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. As soon as I walked in the door, I could tell that Byron Brown, MD was very respected by all the nurses and the staff. I immediately knew I was under the care of a kind, caring doctor.
