if I could give a zero, I would. This place is incredibly irresponsible. They do not care about their clients. They dropped the ball and never got insurance coverage for our building. When it was realized, we were told that if we paid, we would get covered. We immediately asked for the bill, and followed up, only to be told that they would get back to us. They didn't. I was overpaying for insurance from these people for years. Once I paid my house off and started paying insurance once a year instead of through a escrow I realized I was paying 2k a year more than i shoild have been. I fired these people! Learn from me and never do business with these people. Plus they go on vacation and don't check emails while on vacation.
