Mr. Brown was nice enough and on time for first meeting and was on my roof for an hour and said it was repaired. Next rain it leaked in same spots. He said he guaranteed his work so I called back and after many calls and promises they have not come back or returned my calls. I was taken for $2200 and my roof still leaks. Not trustworthy. I have never left a negative review, I’ve always resolved issues in a professional manner through phone calls or in-person meetings.
