A multiple recipient of Ford of Canada's President's Award Diamond Club for outstanding achievement in sales and customer service. We sell new Ford & Lincoln vehicles as well as a great selection of certified pre-owned models. We also have a custom accessory department and a Ford Performance Racing outfit. Warning to Others I’ve spent nearly $200,000 with Brown Brothers Ford over the past year and a half, buying multiple vehicles for my business. Sales and leasing have been great, but the service department is another story. When I brought a vehicle in, I was quoted over $1,000 just to diagnose a few issues — before any repairs. Nico was super easy to work with! He works hard and strives to give the best experience. The whole process was smooth and no pressure and less stress.
Ford wanted to charge me $100 xtra to put in full synthetic oil on my oil change as they put in just standard oil on their cars even though the manual says full synthetic for my car, hopefully they put in full synthetic after they said they did.
