Mitir has no business being a landlord. He lies about the apartments he rents, charges service fees for his online rent portal, and harasses tenants.

Mitir Patel lies about his property sizes and amenities, does not keep them up to simple safety code, tries to destroy personal property of tenants, and runs away like a coward when others get looped into conversation.

Mr Patel, the owner of Brown Bear Investments, needs to learn to treat his tenants as customers rather than the enemy. In my dealings with him, he often spoke critically of other tenants in my building and tried to blame me and others for the break-down of the central air units we each had. Instead of actually paying attention to information initially given to him by me, he chose to try and pin the blame for the unit freezing-up on my not changing air filters monthly, rather than what it most likely was, the unit being low o... read more

Mitir Patel is not someone you want to be associate with. He is not a professional and not a good person. I recommend everyone run away from any property he is involved with. He trash talks his employees and other tenants to anyone who will listen. Don't give him your money.
