***BUYER BEWARE*** Please note! I gave it two stars because the local staff was understanding, but whoever decided to lead the buyer experience with a membership screen that deducted over $500 from my account is shameful. The SINGLE car wash is in small print at the bottom of the screen. lol... really, Brown Bear Car Wash corporate? As someone who does UAT for a living, you really missed the mark on this one...I will NOT be returning to your establishment until you fix this!
