After my dog locked me out of my car while I was pumping gas (after paying $16 for a car wash).......keys & phone still in the car.......the employees here would not allow me to call my husband for help because it was long distance EVEN THOUGH I WANTED TO CALL HIM COLLECT! I'm 2600 miles from home & his # is the only number I have memorized. I neededhim to contact my friend in Federal Way so that she could bring me my spare key. employee was very misdirected when guiding us into the kiosk. ended up with a dent larger than a softball - manager was very rude and considered us lucky we didnt have to pay for the pole that is 2 feet tall and not visible from inside the car
Don’t go to this one because this is what will happen to your car
Went through one of the the new "green" car wash's and half way through my truck started rocking forward and back because the brushes were more powerful then the belt, and it forced the car behind me to rear end me. The wash also ripped my passenger side mirror off. Back to the touch free car washes. A car wash should not be dependent on a driver following instructions in order not to damage their vehicle. THE WASH IS DEFECTIVE.
really poor customer service and professionalism shown by site mgr Jackie Seifert and area mgr Omar Molinari. little attempt was made to contact and no attempt to make things right . in fact I was accused of lying after I told them about damage done to my vehicle. very condescending
