Thank you for locking the doors at the vehicle my daughter and I were looking at. not once did anyone come see if we needed assistance, as we left we saw y’all for of your grown ass men mocking us…
Requested a quote back in July on either checking my ecm or ordering a replacement through them. They responded that they would check into it and get back to me. I never heard back. Fast forward to December. I'm back in town for the holidays and decided to give them a second chance. Made a parts request for the part online. This time no response at all. No one ever reached out. Had to go to another dealer. Disappointed as they were right in town and I was prepared to do business
Recently traded in a paid off pickup for another, handed them my title and received paperwork in return and was assured I would have my title within two weeks. Fast forward nearly 2 months and still nothing. After speaking with the salesman numerous times and getting the run around that it is the states fault I waited another 14 days, nothing. Mind you, the salesman told me they had the wrong address and the tax lady at the dealership had my title sitting on her desk and they mailed it (thought you had the wrong address..??)... read more
