Bought several vehicles from them over the years. They have always been great to deal with. They have been upfront and honest and I feel like they go the extra mile for their customers.
Was told for a week in advance I could have the opportunity to buy a challenger from these people, I have messages between me and them for about an entire day we talked.i go get the cash and carry it with me at work all week waiting for them to let me know it had been cleaned and this is the message I get. ""We have sale pending right now on this challenger and it still needs work. We will get another and let you know as soon as we get it to the lot. Sorry."" They were awesome, great vehicle and customer service was amazing. I spoke with the owner and he truly worked with me. I was turned down by over 50 lenders scattered over 10 car lots because of my credit and Browns was the only lot that was able to get me in a car to fit me and my family of 4 in 24 hours. I got a 2019 Ford F-150 eco boost
I waited on writing this review because I don't like hurting people's business and hopefully things would work itself out. Now it's been 2-12 months and we are still having issues with the car I wanted to make everyone aware before you buy a car from here what you may be dealing with. They pretty much sold me a terrible truck and said that it passed inspection. I worked hard to give them money for something that didn't work for a month at least. Better Business bureau needs to take action and make this business shut down!
