They were awesome, great vehicle and customer service was amazing. I spoke with the owner and he truly worked with me. I was turned down by over 50 lenders scattered over 10 car lots because of my credit and Browns was the only lot that was able to get me in a car to fit me and my family of 4 in 24 hours. I waited on writing this review because I don't like hurting people's business and hopefully things would work itself out. Now it's been 2-12 months and we are still having issues with the car I wanted to make everyone aware before you buy a car from here what you may be dealing with. They pretty much sold me a terrible truck and said that it passed inspection. I worked hard to give them money for something that didn't work for a month at least. Better Business bureau needs to take action and make this business shut down!
Very unhappy with this place wouldn't even give it 1 star, bought a vehicle from them, and it didn't even last 2 weeks. The transmission was crap, and the motor ended up being no good either! They won't even look at it after you purchase it, they said you bought it you are going to have to deal with it. Wish people were more honest, because some people don't have the money to just go out and get another vehicle.
