Undervalued our home on purpose for who knows what reason. Second appraiser came in spot on and multiple people even questioned the appraisal these people did including many professionals and other appraisers. The comps didn’t match and there work was way to quick to be accurate. Find someone else.

Steve Brown came out to appraise a rental property that we are refinancing. He was professional, punctual, and personable. He demonstrated a very thorough knowledge of the neighborhood and Lancaster in general, even though he's from the "wrong" side of the river! His deep roots and a long history in the industry were clear and evident. When refinancing we don't get a choice in who performs an appraisal, the bank picks through a lottery system. But if you have a choice, I would recommend Brown Appraisers.
