I set up an appointment with the technician, I waited for him to show up, for two hours, called the office, left a voicemail, they didn’t call me back and finally when I called in the afternoon, Hugo the technician said: call someone else and hang up. I would not do a business with them. So disappointed!

Worst place to buy used appliances. bought a used fridge about a month later had to throw away a lot of food because the freezer wasn't working so far it's happened three times they fix it and it brakes again wouldn't recommend to anyone very very unhappy this is just not right
They were great! Best used appliance store.
