We are so pleased with our service! Our technician was on time, pleasant, professional, provided feedback, gave recommendations, and our carpets look and smell fantastic! We had 4 rooms, a hallway, and our stairs cleaned.

We recently had Brown and Son do our entire church at First Lutheran as well as all our pews. We were very pleased. They are very knowledgeable and efficient.Claude’s son Michael was our technician and he was very polite and friendly. He even did a couple of extra things that I asked about without any complaints at all. He is just a very nice young man. We will definitely use in the future.
We had a freezer stop working, and the smell was horrible! Blood from the freezer got into the carpet. Brown and Son's came over right away and got our house smelling normal again! THANK YOU.
