RUDEST PEOPLE EVER! You just lost a sale... paid cash at another dealership! Try a little professional customer service... Or even common courtesy. I would give no stars if I could. Lots of people working last week... no one would even acknowledge... I cannot believe all of the good ratings - can't say anything nice about anyone there.
We had searched and searched trying to find the exact vehicle we wanted to no avail. One call to Brown and Brown and within minutes they had the exact model located and within a few more minutes we had come to agreement on price which was far below what we had heard from other dealerships. 2013 Spark. Ended up needing an engine. Was diagnosed/installed in a timely manner, all under warranty, no questions asked. Rental car provided. Prompt, courteous, informative. What more could you want? You need service? This here is the place, hands down.
Just love all the staff. They have GREAT customer service, and this doesn't change after you have taken ownership of the car. Not only would I refer to family and friends, I would definitely come back.
