Dr. Brown is a good optometrist. I’ve gotten mono vision contacts and glasses from her office. After my last visit, I was given a prescription for nearsightedness. When I received the glasses and checked with the office, I spoke to a receptionist (with attitude). She said that’s what they always do and it was my responsibility to “request” mono vision glasses. This makes absolutely no sense to me and will cause another delay in getting the glasses.
Dr. Brown was average. Not worth sticking around and having to deal with the receptionist though. Went here a few months ago and they were very rude. Upside is that i didn’t have to wait very long to be seen. When doing the eye exam, Dr. brown switched through the different lenses very fast which I think gave me a headache. Appointment was very quick. Good if you’re in a rush I suppose.
I wouldn't go to another eye doctor. She is great with answering all your questions. And her staff are very friendly.
