My car had a squealing belt that loves to make a lot of noise on cold mornings. We called Brower Tire & Service Center, and they said to bring it in and they would have a look. They don't deal with major repairs, but said they had to look at it before they would know if they could fix it or not. So I brought it in, expecting to pay at least a diagnostic fee or something. They checked it out, said all the belts looked good, but it was probably squealing because of some oil residue from a repair done somewhere else. NO CHARGE.... read more
I will be looking for a new shop. Was good for many years but lately when ever i go to have work done on my vehicle, they will tell me a price but when i go back to pay the price was changed to a higher one. The last time it went up about $100 more then what i was told. I have not had problems with just buy tires, but why does the price i pay not match the price i was told for service on my vehicle.
