We were searching for a law firm to help with some real estate issues. Our call was answered by Savannah. She was very welcoming and helpful with our concerns. As a lender, I had a client closing this week with Browder and it was my first time working with them. I have to say...I hope it's not my last as they were wonderful! We closed about a month late due to them finding a title issue from the previous owners so it involved out of state title insurance issues, etc. They did fantastic, always had a positive attitude, and saved my client tens of thousands of debt and cleared a clouded title.
