Doesn't listen to patient, I wanted to do CXBladder test first, and he agreed but lost my urine sample, wanted to do the invasive procedure and insisted that I have it although I wanted a less invasive procedure first

Impossible to talk to a person. Practice bought out recently and service is horrible. A Blood Cancer specialist and you can get in just to get bloodwork or confirm and appointment.
Dr Billik Review I was a patient of Dr. Bilik's for almost 12 years. Although Dr. Bilik himself is a good Doctor. I found the staff that I had to deal with were incompetent and unprofessional. I put up with the incipience for twelve years and finally grew tired of it. After I told the person in charge of the front desk my feelings, things became worse. I was very pleased with Dr. Scnider. His staf is kind and courteous. I had to have a cystoscopy. Dr. Schneider was very gentel. And his associate Laurie was a gem. They made the experience as pleasent as possible. I highly reccomend Dr. Schneider and hiscamazing staff.
They are the most ridiculous practice i have ever tried to contact.Talking to someone, other than the appointment secretary,after listening to a long, ridiculous, recorded message is impossible.Nobody answers their phone. The website is horrendous-----#1 you can't send a message or email #2 you hit make an appointment, and it doesn't work.I have been there before, I WILL NEVER AGAIN GO TO SUCH AN INCOMPETENT PRACTICE.
10 months after receiving a series of radiation treatments for esophageal cancer, I had to have my stomach removed. The surgeon said they didn’t even hit the tumor with radiation, but they sure burned my pancreas! Just because I am terminal doesn’t mean you can be careless

I went this time only to be totally devastated that I was not told ahead of time when I made my appointment that she had moved to her own practice. These people DO NOT care about their patients! I received a call from my primary Doctor to let me know there was a problem, and not the center! I was told to contact Dr Tomaselli immediately to make an appointment which I did.
