I cannot say enough wonderful things about my therapist Nika. The growth and positive changes I’ve experienced have been truly incredible. She creates such a safe and supportive space that makes it easy to open up and do the real work needed for personal growth. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a therapist who genuinely cares and makes a meaningful difference.
I must say, I have searched high and low for a therapist who is faith based, accepts our insurance, and works with our scheduled times, and it has been quite a challenge. There shouldn't be any sort of stigma around seeking help with one's mental health! I see Yaritza every week and love my sessions with her! She gives me such great nuggets of information to consider when I'm tossing various things around in my head. I like having an unbiased opinion about how to navigate challenging situations related to my mental health, my career and familial relationships. Therapy with Yaritza has been life changing!
