Brought my mom for a procedure that didn't commence until an hour and a half later. The restroom is disgusting, feces is on the toilet seat, smeered on floors and wall. No paper towels inside the restroom so now I have to grab a dirty doorhandle. There are urine collection cups so there could totally be cross contamination of any labs performed with the bathroom being so filthy. Please clean up!
My appointment was at 3pm well it’s 5:20pm and I’m still waiting and everybody is ignoring me.
One of the useless visits I've ever had. My son visited DR. HINA T. GUPTA today. Waited for 1 hour for the appointment scheduled 2 weeks in advance and having a 5-minute session with a doctor paying $170, not having all of the questions answered and the doctor literally escaped saying goodbye and leaving some questions unanswered
