Connor was excellent. Very honest and extremely patient. I rarely give reviews but he deserves it. I am very happy with my boat purchase and the experience.
Last week out of frustration I wrote a very negative review on Broward Motorsports Palm Beach re my 2020 RTL and a battery issue. I was contacted by the service manager Tim Cassese. Tim promised to get to the bottom of the issue. Tim kept his word and indeed found the issue that no one else could find after repeated inspections. Tim is very professional, honest ad knowledgeable. I had a terrible experience with Broward Motors in West Palm Beach. A year and a half ago, I purchased a side-by-side from them for $15,000, trusting that I was making a solid investment. Fast forward to today, and they've offered me a mere $5,000 for it. This is an absolute disgrace! It feels like I was scammed from the start.
