Would not recommend, I came in to grab some brake pads but the guy at the counter James was unprofessional and seemed irritated I was asking questions about which brake pads to buy.
I had an amazing experience shopping here! Highly recommend this place.
Marvin in service was terrible, a month after dropping my ebike off to address an error code I was getting they said the bike was done, upon arrival to pick the bike up I realized they fixed a few small things that were unrelated to the error code (that I had not requested them to do) and the error code was still on. So I paid the invoice for the small repairs and left the bike there again to fix the original issue error code. A month later I’m told the bike needs a new motor for $1,500+.
