I had dropped my 2016 Dirt E Giant E-bike off at another competent Giant authorized dealer to service. I was told the motor needed to be replaced and wasn't made any more. They said they'd call me after Giant found something that might fit. Four weeks later in talking with the tech he said try another local dealer. I tried Broward Motorsports. A very interesting setup. First, the big store — Broward Motorsports Bicycles — tells me they can fix it for about $50. Then when I actually show up, they say they can’t repair this kind of thing and send me to some unknown small business bike shop that ‘can definitely fix it.’ And when I get there — surprise — the price is twice as high as in the big official shop. Hilarious. Are there still people who fall for this? 🤦♀️
I originally had an issue with an online order but Sam and Mavin were very responsive and helpful to fix my concern. They went above and beyond to deliver exceptional service. My son loves the MTB jersey and look forward to my next purchase.
