Dr. Michael Alexander is a great primary physician -- if you can reach him. His office has to invest in a better phone system as most of the time no one picks up the phone. You have to call two different numbers hoping that at least it will go to voice mail.
Dr. Hizer and Dr. Alexander are fantastic, both have impeccable manners and explain your condition/situation well. They are also attentive as well as the nurses. HOWEVER, the lady that appears to be the office administrator is rude and inefficient. Sasha never returns calls never replies to emails and you have to follow up with her for WEEKS for her to process a prior authorization which is only a page with a few spaces to fill the blanks (BTW which I emailed to her filled out with all my info). The staff here are the best, very kind, attentive and never had to wait too long. The nurses actually listen and are very helpful. They helped my husband and I get to the bottom of a problem we were suffering from for years all because we didnt realize it was an allergic reaction. The doctor is very down to earth the way he explains things to you as well.
Love my Dr. Steven Hizer Always take good care of me.
I’ve been going to them for 20 yrs or more and everyone has been amazing and I have always have great medical care. I give them 5 stars.
