This place needs to be seriously investigated. I made an appointment for a basic teeth cleaning, and after arriving they took a few X-rays and told me I had gum disease. Which wasn’t true. They informed that my insurance would only cover a basic cleaning, but that I “needed” a deep cleaning instead, which would cost $600 out of pocket When I asked why I couldn’t just receive the basic cleaning covered by my insurance, they told me no and insisted on the deep cleaning. I paid Broward Mall Dental PA thousands of dollars for crowns, bridge work, extractions, and bone replacement that were promised in my treatment plan, but the experience was extremely disappointing and painful. I was charged for porcelain/ceramic work, yet the final bridge installed appeared to contain exposed metal, had visible dark spots, rough surfaces, and did not match the color or size of my natural teeth. just really bad. went for a root canal and the dentist performing it kept trying to push out the surgery into multiple days unnecessarily, while i was getting the procedure done the dentist said “these products are cheap” in frustration🫥 my crown came out recently and my new dentist said they shaved my tooth down too small and its unfortunately going to fall out soon so now i will have a missing molar at 20 years oldcausing me more money
