I am extremely disappointed and concerned about the care I received at this urgent care on September 2nd. I went there experiencing severe, intense pain on one side of my abdomen. The nurse who attended to me asked me to provide a urine sample for testing. Shortly afterward, a man who identified himself as a doctor came into the room and told me that I had a urinary tract infection and diverticulitis. If you call to make appointments for your imagings, don’t trust the times they give you over the phone. I was told to arrive at 8:15am for 8:45am, 9am, and 9:15am imaging tests. Upon arrival I was told my appointments were actually at 11:45am, 2pm and 2:15pm. Complete waist of time and disregard for patients.
Surgery for my eye was great for I can now read close & medium from my left eye ,in another 8 days I'll complete the right for distance and balance. Doctors & staff have been wonderful while some were ever talking World cup to lighten the mood. Fairly young staff excellent in there professional carrier.
