Mellisa was the provider I saw. Unfortunately she had a clear lack of empathy for me, sent me home with no meds no prescription. I got home puked out my stomach and fainted. Called to see if she could write me a prescription for the nausea and an ibuprofen and she would not even come to the phone. They said they would call me back and never did. I called twice after an hr later and they did not respond anymore. It really felt so inhumane how I was treated.
Having some trouble here with a MRI of the Hand. Gave the facility plenty of time to put in for the authorization - 11 days. But they neglected to submit the authorization until 2 days before the procedure, resulting in issues where my husband's appointment was pushed out and the followup was pushed out. This doesn't seem like Patient First Care at all. Truly disappointed. Hoping things will go smoother from here. The person we worked with is named MaryBell.
There's a reason I'm now in the process of switching from Cleveland Clinic to Broward Health. I have had several great experiences at this particular Broward Health location. I went in on Sunday the 6th for an X-ray and was helped by Justin and Michelle. Michelle clearly knew what she was doing and got me in and out smoothly. I've been helped by Justin and Rachel at the front desk several times during past visits, who were very courteous, friendly, professional, and competent.
