Terrible communication. I’m a Broward patient and I’ve had an emergency and needed to go to the ER. The doctor at the hospital asked me to visit my PCP. It took two days to be able to schedule and appointment at this location only to find out 3 hours before the appointment that I needed to change my PCP in order to get my insurance coverage. absolutely horrible office staff, They will not send referals to specialists for procedures. The office manager says they dont send referals. Dont waste your time.Do like I did,Call your insurance and get a primary Dr. That has a staff that will accomodate you. If you do go the they Do have buckets of free condoms. Thats all that place is good for. Office is a complete JOKE!!!!!!!!

It’s currently 4:40p.m haven’t seen the doctor (Dr. Marybel Landrau) Hispanic doctor my appointment was set to be at 3:15p.m. This happens every single appointment I come too & my family also. If my appointment is at 12p.m I get seen around 3p.m. If my appointment is at 9a.m I get seen at 12p.m. It’s honestly ridiculous… what’s the whole reason setting up a appointment at a specific time if you cannot get seen at that time or anywhere close to that time… She doesn’t prescribe any medications for literally anything she’ll onl... read more
