Steve Martin was very kind and provided excellent customer service. He was attentive and genuinely concerned about the quality of the food, making sure everything met expectations. The host was also very customer-service oriented and welcoming. Additionally, the nurses on the south east unit were extremely caring, attentive, and compassionate throughout the experience.
The attention was very good, the nurses and doctors were super friendly. They were watching me all the time. Several doctors and nurses saw me so I don't remember much of the names, only of DR. Alessi, Steve and Shawn.
