Every one was really nice and caring. I had a great experience when I had to take my mom there. They took a stressful situation and made it much more durable, by having such a kind, warm and compassionate staff, from the doctors, to everyone I dealt with.
Steve Martin patient ambassador was the best! He made me temporarily forget that feeling of being in the hospital. He was the sweetest and just an overall genuine guy, you can tell he loves what he does and it’s not just an obligation for him!
Student here. Am not going to say what school. But one thing i will say some nurses are nice and willing to help however the ones on the 3 rd floor female nurses especially the haitian ones are the rudest most nastiest nurses i have met. Zero empathy zero respect nor compassion. Im very disgusted the way they treat ppl in that hospital.!!!! Beware of those nurses people!!!
