My father was not seen for 6 hours by his nurse today . When the charge nurse finally found her , nurse "k" , she was rude and very short with me and my 83 year old father...in room 819...

the mammography dept at Broward health north is the best. From OP registration with Jaime and the procedure itself. Cathy did an excellent job explaining everything, very little wait time to end it was an excellent experience. My experience also with Ultrasound was great! Colleen who registered me was super and professional, making sure everything was done correctly and that the women's center knew I was waiting. Serena, US tech, phenomenal. Margaret in outpatient had a lot of patience figuring out information with the doctor and made sure to keep a positive attitude throughout my visit. She would create conversation and made sure I felt comfortable and welcomed.

Amazing experience. Margaret helped us by calling the doctor to help clarify blood work and gave us an amazing experience. Thank you Margaret and the outpatient front desk people.

It's HORRIBLE AND UNACCEPTABLE that a patient in Hospice has to wait over an hour, and still waiting, for someone to come clean a patient! I bet they won't like it when it's their turn! Completely disgusted. Filing a report with the State
