Way too much detailed info. Too much for most people to retain. Basic instructions are very important, but the amount of details of previous patients… falls, swimming too soon, revisions etc.
Thank you so much to miss Milca with the housekeeping team, She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and also make sure I had clean bed sheets and new pillows. 5 Stars I greatly appreciate the hospitality from miss Milca from housekeeping. Great job.
This hospital killed my mom. Knowing she was vomiting they put her under anesthesia for a non emergent procedure and she vomited and aspirated, developing ARDS. They propped up her dying body in ICU for a week before she passed. Do not take your loved one here if you value their life.
Great service, staff, and leave me feeling like everything is going to be taken care of. They got everything under control. Recommended
I want to give a shot out to the Memory Center staff awesome the atmosphere is excellent. I called the scheduling department and was transferred to the center Secretary Tashna asked how she could help me she was able to check my insurance and made an appointment for the same day within 1 hour. Excellent service and experience.
