I had my baby here in early 2023. It was the best experience I could imagine. I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to write a review! At every maternity appointment I was greeted by cheery and competent staff. Parking was easy right near the entrance I needed. Throughout my birth and my daughter’s first few days in the hospital, everyone we interacted with was warm, competent and made me feel at ease. Very rude “welcome” staff, and unhelpful in every way.
I am a nurse i came to the ER because my patient pit bull bit me several times. I drove myself to the broward general I have been sitting in waiting room for over an hour. They did xray sent back to waiting room to wait. No one has taken my BP or asked any questions. The ER has I don't care feel. If you can drive yourself drive to another hospital. Worse ER experience ever
If I could give zero I would this hospital SUCKS ur waiting over 3 hours just to be checked triage moves faster than the whole hospital. U dang near have to die in the lobby to be seen quickly. Bathrooms filthy and no one knows anything!
