My experience at this hospital was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. From the moment I arrived, the general attitude from much of the staff felt dismissive and uncaring. Several nurses appeared uninterested, and multiple staff members repeatedly came into my room asking the exact same questions instead of reviewing the chart first. When you are already sick and uncomfortable, having to answer the same questions over and over again adds unnecessary stress. My mother in law has received exceptional care here especially on 5 Atrium. After a fall at the airport, requiring emergency surgery, and 10 hours away from home the staff have really went above and beyond my expectations. I work in healthcare and as a previous traveling nurse I can say I’ve never encountered such polite caring healthcare professionals. Everyone has been excellent!
