Espectacular la atención de todo el personal de este hospital buen profesionalismo y preocupacion.la enfermera que me recibió en el lobby que esta embarazada, el doctor Jonathan Grimg.la enfermera Alisha Vidal.y el enfermero AJ. ,buenísima atención por parte de todos técnicos al igual ,Gracias por cuidar de mi.la limpieza excelente.recomendado 100%

My parents have been in a nursing home together for a few years now. Periodically they have had issues that sent them to hospitals. Each of them was subpar , unprofessional , and to be honest just terrible. Broward general from e.r. to 5 south and discharge was absolutely great... the e.r. was professional and polite. I was not involved with the surgery but it was quick and successful. Five south honestly made me feel totally confident and I really trusted then with my mom's care. Broward General Hospital has some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I waited over 7 hours before even getting a bed, which is completely unacceptable. Patients come here needing care and answers, not endless waiting with little communication. The staff may be overwhelmed, but the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing. I hope improvements are made because no one should have to wait this long for medical attention.

It's filthy, the staff is rude especially the registration, the wait time is extremely long and the registration is very rude!!!
