Worst experience of my life. They are extremely mean and rude. I had my first baby there (only bc I didn’t do my research and it was the closest hospital) and I have a horror story that a good lawyer would probably have a field day with. DO NOT go there. I had my second baby at Memorial hospital and it was the most beautiful experience of my life. My son is currently a patient here. He has autism is twenty eight years old and is sufferinga mental health crisis. Communication with staff here is meager at best. I found out last night my son has a broken toe after they told me that it was fine. That he could wiggle it. Here it is about 10 hours after they confirmed with an x ray that it is broken and no updates on the notes whether or not he has been given something more substantial for the pain than tylenol.
