I have been a customer of Broward Factory Service for well over 5 years. Recently, I filed a warranty claim for my refrigerator’s water dispenser due to low water pressure when filling a glass or bottle. A technician visited my home on three separate occasions, but the issue was never resolved. DO NOT BUY THIS WARRANTY OR USE THEM FOR ANY SERVICES. ALL A SCAM! RUDE SERVICE TECH, THEY WILL DECLINE ANY SERVICE REPAIR WITH EXCUSES. THEY DO NOT HONOR THE AGREEMENT ,WASTE OF MONEY.

I am a new customer and am very satisfied with the service for my appliances and maintenance on my air conditioner unit. I am a unit owner in a Delray Beach condominium complex and live in New Jersey. When I've needed them, BFS is always a phone call away.
