The customer service is cold. I was told they only come to my community certain days of the week to find out that was a lie. I stay so far out west so geographically I didnt fit in there schedule. So my tuesday appointment became Wednesday. Called thursday twice no part. Friday no call. Saturday they dont do part calls. So they leave you without an appliance over a weekend, no heart.
