Scheduled a/c repair. Tech shows up and states he will not do the repair as it is too difficult for one person. He calls office, then states there would be a $695.00 charge to do the "normal covered repair", he was hostile and belligerent. Office staff, knowing a/c is out of freon, states, "have a wonderful day". Manager Steve Ferguson is rude, argumentative, and states do you want a refund of the policy?
