It all started when the president of Broward Factory Service/ BFS Home Warranty, Crockett Herd, was working as an electrician from 9-5 and taking advantage of any overtime opportunities he was offered to support his family. Scheduled a/c repair. Tech shows up and states he will not do the repair as it is too difficult for one person. He calls office, then states there would be a $695.00 charge to do the "normal covered repair", he was hostile and belligerent. Office staff, knowing a/c is out of freon, states, "have a wonderful day". Manager Steve Ferguson is rude, argumentative, and states do you want a refund of the policy? I AM SO F***ING GLAD THAT I DO NOT OWN THE PLACE THAT I RENT!!!!!! YOUR COMPANY OFFERS LOUSY SERVICE, INCONVENIENT TIMES, AND THEY NEVER FIX THE PROBLEM THE FIRST TIME OUT....I AM SO SICK OF YOUR COMPANY!! IF THERE WAS A WAY TO GIVE YOU MINUS 20 STARS I WOULD!!!!!!!!!
Called for plumbing issue and they kept changing appointment. When they finally arrived the technician didn't look for the source of the issue and the next day a flood occurred and the damages were extensive.
