Worst company ever! I have no choice using them because it is who my landlord chose. Every time they come out to fix something, they leave it ten times worse than it was! They've been here three times for my hot water heater now and each time they "fix" it i'm left with even less hot water and less water pressure! The plumber said he ordered a part but never turned in the ticket so nobody knew it was supposed to be ordered or that they were even supposed to come back! They are timely and do good work but don't expect your problem to get fixed on the first, or second, or even third visit because they do not stock many parts and usually have to order a part for whatever is broken and come back later. Poor, poor inventory and very frustrating from what would otherwise be a good company.
We liked the service and the prices we even decided to get a home service plan. Good job on Grandure Ave.
