I traveled to the US with a prayer and hope only to walk into the care of Excellent staff! Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, empathetic and professional. I have been to several providers over the years and I can honestly say they ALL pale in comparison to Broward Eye Care. I was greeted as soon as I arrived for my 8am appt and the staff behind the counter were extremely friendly and helpful. Huge improvement on my previous experience with other Optometrists in East Fort Lauderdale. Able to seamlessly book online, confirm appointments, and was welcomed by friendly receptionist on arrival. Spent less than 10 minutes in the lobby before friendly staff took me through the myriad of tests to confirm my suspicions, that my previous prescriptions were NOT accurate. In my first appointment at Broward Eye Care, I found the technician, Sandra, and optometrist, Alyssa Panagos, to be extremely efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They were able to troubleshoot the problem I was having with my new glasses and I am switching to their practice for my future eye care. If Google allowed me to award them more than five stars in this review, I would do that!
My first visit to Broward Eye Care and from the time I entered everyone was so pleasant. I don’t remember the man’s name who was doing my initial exams but he was super friendly.
