Always courteous, friendly, and professional. A very happy work environment for all. There is a real receptionist to answer the phone without having to wait for a callback to change appointments or answer you questions. Great doctors and staff. Dr Bascome is awesome!

I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Dr. Panagos and her team. From start to finish, everything about this visit was seamless and incredibly well run. Her assistant, Amelia, was absolutely fabulous. She was professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. What really stood out to me was how involved Dr. Panagos was during the visit. She would come in periodically to check on everything and ensure that the exam was progressing smoothly. Very good experience overall, friendly professional receptionists with smiles. Wonderful eye specialist, very caring, warm and very thorough exam. All my questions were answered fully with much clarity and understanding. Doctor also examined me as well, very friendly and professional, with great clarity on explanation of my eye issues. I’ve been a patient for 3 years now. Dr. Panagos always remembers me and is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly wants to make sure my eyes are healthy and able to see their best. And I can’t remember her name, but the lady working in the eye glass department is wonderful. I simply tell her to pick frames that make me look great and she never disappoints. I highly recommend this office.

After more than 20 years with the same optometrist—who has since retired—I decided to visit Broward Eye Care and see Dr. John Bascome. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The office is clean, well‑organized, and efficient. Every staff member I interacted with was pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful. They pay close attention to detail and use the latest technology to provide a thorough and accurate exam.
