I’ve been a patient at Broward Eye Care for 3 years now. On this visit, I was greeted by Eden, the technician for the office, who handled all the testing before meeting with Dr. Panagos. Dr. Panagos reviewed the results, then consulted with me and felt a slight change in prescription for my scleral lenses would help. Lenses were ordered and will be mailed to my home address, very convenient for me. Dr. Panagos is awesome! She is very friendly, super knowledgeable and always takes the time to listen to you, explain your condition and treatment options. I was also very impressed with Amelia, who performed all my tests and initial checks.
I traveled to the US with a prayer and hope only to walk into the care of Excellent staff! Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, empathetic and professional. Shout out to Summer, Ally and Dr. Bascome! You guys were awesome in every way! Thank you so much! I look forward to seeing you all next year.
I went to see Dr. Bascome for scleral lenses and had an excellent experience. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. The level of care was outstanding, and the practice has some of the best technology I’ve seen. I felt well cared for throughout the entire visit and would highly recommend Dr. Bascome to anyone needing specialized eye care.
I have been to several providers over the years and I can honestly say they ALL pale in comparison to Broward Eye Care. I was greeted as soon as I arrived for my 8am appt and the staff behind the counter were extremely friendly and helpful. I went through the initial exams with Sandra who was so incredibly warm, friendly, and professional, I felt like I was with a dear family member.
