Every-time I call this is the wait time as you see in the photo. A few weeks ago I went to the office, the young man took my previous Dr office info to request records now I’m being told I must get the records and fax to them. My first time going my appointment was at 5:30, I arrived at 5:15 on a Tuesday in case I had to do paperwork, at 6:30pm I still haven’t seen a Dr so I had to reschedule, money down the drain because Everytime I turn there is a problem with this lauderhill office. It’s a disaster

I love this place alone with the staff! Everyone is so nice, well spoken and understanding! I would recommend this place to all of the people who want to experience a friendly atmosphere. Thanks again to all of the staff for making my experience at bcom pleasing!!🩵
