I had an appt for an endocrinologist today at 9:30am I got there about that time and I had confirmed my appt the day before and they told me today when I'm there that I needed a referral while they contacted me yesterday over the phone to confirm my appt and no mentioned anything of that and my insurance plan is PPO doesn't need referrals I really don't know what happened but please be aware that things like this happen here. Dr.Maxton is very efficient and helpful. She never judges and makes me feel comfortable talking to her.
