Very very unprofessional ignores you when you’re at the door if a company goes by appointment at least be kind and answer the door and tell the person unfortunately we’re closed today or appointments only she’s literally looking at me through the door while I’m knocking and just ignoring me no response very very unprofessional. I will not be coming back here again. And I’ve been calling this company for weeks days no follow up text message or email or phone call and I’ve been to her before
I have been going to Roxanne since 2018 the last review I left her was 2018 and nothing has changed she is perfect in every way. She is so thorough, so clean, so precise, so talented and so kind. She really knows what she’s doing and she cares deeply about each individual client and the work she provides them with. She is amazing I will always recommend her.
