Had a very good experience with Jos a few months back. Decided to come back but this time the threading was uncomfortable. The worst possible thing was leaving my eyebrows uneven. She couldn’t even admit to her mistake and was gaslighting about the shape and results. Cannot trust a business or their workers if they cannot even take accountability.
