I just went to this place first time I had a very unpleasant experience at this parlour. When I called, the lady asked me to come in for the service, but once I arrived, she was clearly in a hurry to leave. She rushed through everything and barely did any proper work. As a result, my skin turned red and started itching badly after the session. It was a complete waste of time and money, and honestly, quite upsetting. The first time I came in for threading, it was a great experience. However, when I came back today, even with the same person, it felt completely different. She seemed rushed and didn’t take the time to do it properly. The shape didn’t come out well and actually looks worse than usual. She also didn’t bother to clean up the small hairs in the middle with tweezers, which is something that should have been done to make it neat. I’m honestly not sure if I’ll come back. I’ve been going to Ankita’s threading salon since she opened and have always had a great experience. I even bring my two girls here. The threaders are detail oriented and spend the time getting it just right. I highly recommend this little gem in Willow Glen!
