Staff are always very friendly and so a fantastic job at threading my eyebrows! I'm thankful their location is there because I prefer threading over waking. Most of the ladies that work there you can barely feel them threading, like it's done well with little to no pain.
Worse experience ever I wanted a light eye brow tint as I am light skined and light colored hair when she got down I was mortified my eye brows was black I told the lady that was right I wanted a light color she they rubbed my eyebrows down with alcohol I left and realized that it's not what I asked for and I paid for something I wanted and wasn't given that so I went back and the lady argued with me stating they don't have light tinting only medium and dark witch is fine but she should of stated this in the Beginning when I... read more
