Since I’m unable to reply directly to the owner’s comment under my original review I will respond here. The employee only mentioned the bald spot at the start of my eyebrow after she had already over thinned my brows and I expressed my concern. At no point before or during the service did she explain this so the claim that she did is completely false. A young girl was there today I haven’t seen her before. I asked her for a clean up and told her I did not want them thinner. She agreed but did not listen because not only did she make them thinner she made my left brow thinner then my right brow.
