Used to love going to this place has for 13 plus years lately very time I give a chance they mess my eyebrows up and trying to fix and make them even just makes it worse!! Two completely different shapes very disappointing all I can do is let them grow out and have to pencil in the spots they messed up. The fact that I paid for them to do this to my eyebrows is so upsetting even taking 5$ of the total was not worth it!! Please be advised

Went to get service done today, I was the only customer there. The girl could not even get off her phone to ask me what I wanted done. She stayed on the phone, pointed to the chair so I sat down thinking she would hang up. Nope. She came up to me with thread while still on the phone. So I got up and left.

Ask for eyebrow threading and tint. Place was not clean and lighting terrible. Put a solution on my brows for less than 5 minutes after threading that was supposed to cover gray. Never gave me a mirror to check and not friendly. Once I was home had to tweeze because she missed so much and never covered the gray. Total rip off. Do not recommend.

Booked an appt. online through Square (SMS messages) for an eyebrow threading. After doing so, I received a text "Your appt. with Brow Shapes on /28 @ 1:00pm has been accepted." Also, another text and two emails confirming. I got there early, waited until 1:08, and come to find out this business is closed on Mon. & Tues. WOW! Square shouldn't allow you to set up an appt. if the business is closed on those days!
